Hermès Product Manager — Women's Ready-to-Wear (Flou & Embroidery)

- Coordinate end-to-end development of flou garments (plain and embroidery) with studio, ateliers, development teams and external manufacturers, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain and update product development records and tools (nomenclatures, material boards, collection plans, sketch tracking) and ensure key information is communicated across departments.
- Manage production of trials, prototypes and final launches in close collaboration with the production/fabrication lead; attend technical fittings and validate feasibility and finish.
- Lead embroidery-specific projects: liaise with embroidery studio, anticipate and define necessary tests, coordinate material arrivals and colorations, collect information from embroiderers and update PLM.
- Prepare and validate prototype and trial launches, control incoming prototypes, coordinate fittings and ensure transversal information flow with other departments.
- Define target manufacturing prices for the category at each sketch submission, prepare retail pricing bases and comparative analyses, and support weekly and final pricing meetings with production.
- Prepare sales-support materials including looks sessions and product description documents; ensure collection handover to production via nomenclature and conformity reviews.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product development within women's ready-to-wear, with exposure to flou or delicate garment constructions and embroidery projects.
- Proven experience coordinating with ateliers, studios and external manufacturers through the full development cycle.
- Demonstrated ability in garment costing and retail price preparation, including preparing comparative price analyses and participating in pricing meetings.

Minimum three years in product or collection development for women's ready-to-wear, preferably with hands-on experience in lightweight/flou garments and embroidered techniques, and proven interaction with studios, ateliers and external suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textiles, Product Development or equivalent experience preferred.
