Hermès Pedagogical and Administrative Coordinator

Hermès Maroquinerie Sellerie (Hermès Sellier) is the leather-goods division of Maison Hermès, responsible for the creation, development and production of the House's leather collections and equestrian saddlery. The organisation places strong emphasis on artisanal savoir‑faire, meticulous quality standards and the transmission of craft skills through in‑house training initiatives such as the Écoles Hermès des Savoir‑Faire (EHSF).

1. Act as the operational interface between central EHSF teams and local sites to cascade standards, relay needs and implement changes.
2. Ensure the quality, coherence and compliance of training pathways across assigned EHSF sites, from learner intake to certification.
3. Manage all operational and administrative processes related to training delivery, maintaining traceability and regulatory documentation.
4. Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and certification requirements (Qualiopi, OPCO, inspection académique and external certifiers).
5. Coordinate the pedagogical deployment of curricula and support local trainers, tutors and apprentices in adopting tools, methods and procedures.
6. Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimisation levers, contributing to cross‑site harmonisation projects and supporting change management.
7. Represent the Direction EHSF with institutional partners, certificate bodies and professional networks; develop and animate a local ecosystem to promote training and apprenticeship.

1. Minimum 6 years' professional experience in training, apprenticeship management, learning operations or administrative coordination.
2. Proven knowledge of French vocational training regulatory frameworks and certification processes (Qualiopi, OPCO, inspection académique).
3. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a changing, multi‑site environment.
4. High level of rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, with strong organisational autonomy and a results orientation.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to accompany teams and resolve complex situations.
6. Willingness and ability to travel frequently between sites (Normandy and Île‑de‑France).

At least six years of progressively responsible experience in vocational training, learning & development operations, apprenticeship administration or a related field, ideally within manufacturing, artisanal production or a regulated educational environment. Experience coordinating multi‑site projects and interacting with certifying bodies is essential.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in education, adult learning, HR, vocational training or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience in training and apprenticeship management.
