Hermès Operations Coordinator
Hermès Sellier is the leather goods and atelier division of the Hermès group, renowned for artisanal craftsmanship, rigorous quality standards and long-term stewardship of luxury savoir‑faire. As part of the wider Hermès organisation, the division combines traditional manufacturing techniques with modern supply and operations practices to support the maison’s collections.
- Maintain and organise internal and supplier-held stock: perform inventories, process stock entries and exits, and monitor supplier stock levels.
- Contribute to the preparation of development podiums and pre-series: place pre-series orders, complete technical data and manage master files for supplies.
- Support production operations: create supply and component data in the ERP, place material and component orders, manage finished‑goods labeling and track deliveries with suppliers.
- Send physical and electronic components to suppliers and coordinate day‑to‑day exchanges with supplier counterparts and the supply chargé.
- Formalise and improve operational processes and tools: implement management tools, document workflows and enhance information transmission between the collection and operations teams.
- Participate in long‑term projects focused on production data quality and group‑level traceability initiatives.
- Enrolled in an engineering school or a business school and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Strong operational appetite with a methodical, rigorous and precise approach to tasks.
- Comfortable with information systems and data entry (ERP, BI tools and office applications).
- Proactive, resilient, curious and available to engage in hands‑on operational work.
