1. Manage inventory in the Vancouver store, ensuring accurate and efficient receiving and shipping of items.
2. Maintain accurate records in the appropriate systems and support management in inventory counts.
3. Perform day-to-day operations and inventory controls for stock accuracy.
4. Process receiving, transfers, shipments, and returns while aligning physical and IT systems.
5. Manage daily replenishment of storage areas on the sales floor.
6. Assist in the follow-up and correction of negative stock as needed.
7. Prepare for and perform inventory and cycle counts.
8. Investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions to minimize future discrepancies.
9. Ensure adherence to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices.
10. Develop mastery of all stock-related processes and tools.
11. Collaborate with the full store team and contribute to team meetings.
12. Maintain the quality of stockroom organization.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in store operations.
2. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
3. Service-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills.
4. Clear and concise communication skills.
5. Ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks.
6. Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
7. Physical ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 20 kg.

$55,000 - $75,000 CAD
