Hermès International Human Resources Assistant (Apprenticeship)

- Coordinate and deliver onboarding programmes for new hires: prepare hiring dossiers, manage checklists, arrange badges and medical appointments, draft appointment letters and organize mentorship pairings.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: participate in briefs with hiring managers, draft and publish job postings, screen CVs, maintain candidate pools, conduct reference checks and ensure accurate entry of recruitment data in the Hermès SIRH.
- Manage interim workforce for Retail France: monitor weekly interim assignments, oversee badge distribution and daily time-tracking, liaise with agencies and retail managers, and produce monthly interim reportings.
- Administer international HR processes across assigned markets (MEIA, Benelux, VIE/stagiaires): apply leave processes, update leave reporting, assist with payroll document issuance, draft contracts and attestations, and support work-visa processes.
- Maintain HR administration and reporting: update HR indicators and dashboards, control headcount and event reporting, prepare employee letters and exit checklists, and review job descriptions for accuracy and alignment.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at harmonising HR practices across international markets and support other ad-hoc HR initiatives as required.
- Enrolled in a business school or university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in HR, business management or a related discipline.
- Previous internship or first professional experience in human resources is appreciated but not required; beginners and students are accepted.
- Fluent English (oral and written) to interact daily with international stakeholders; professional discretion and respect for confidentiality are essential.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and the ability to manage several transversal projects concurrently.
- Curiosity, team spirit and a service-oriented mindset.
