1. Organize and coordinate internal logistics flows (receipts, storage, line replenishment, dispatch) to guarantee product availability and fluid movement across the site.
2. Supervise, coach and develop a team of logistics operatives; run daily briefings, performance reviews and training plans.
3. Allocate resources and adjust staffing to match activity volumes and operational priorities.
4. Ensure strict adherence to procedures, quality requirements and regulatory standards, including ISO22716.
5. Monitor daily handling and transfer operations; identify dysfunctions and implement corrective actions.
6. Maintain HSE standards: enforce health, safety and environmental rules and model exemplary behaviour.
7. Contribute to internal audits, continuous improvement initiatives and deployment of site projects (ERP/system evolutions, new activities).
8. Drive performance through KPI monitoring, operational reporting and use of analytical/BI tools.

1. Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school with specialisation in supply chain or production management.
2. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in flow planning, production or internal logistics in an industrial environment (significant internships considered).
3. Demonstrable knowledge of production management concepts (PIC, CBN, planning, scheduling, inventory management).
4. Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel and BI tools; practical command of Word and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of ISO22716 and strong understanding of HSE/quality/regulatory requirements.
6. Problem-solving mindset with ability to propose practical corrective actions and improvement plans.
7. Strong communication skills, team leadership, organisation and a client-focused orientation.
