Hermès Internal Logistics Team Leader
COMPTOIR NOUVEAU DE LA PARFUMERIE is a French company operating in the perfumery and cosmetics supply chain, providing logistics, distribution and production-support services to the beauty sector. - Organize and coordinate internal logistics flows (receipts, storage, line replenishment, dispatch) to guarantee product availability and fluid movement across the site.
- Supervise, coach and develop a team of logistics operatives; run daily briefings, performance reviews and training plans.
- Allocate resources and adjust staffing to match activity volumes and operational priorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to procedures, quality requirements and regulatory standards, including ISO22716.
- Monitor daily handling and transfer operations; identify dysfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE standards: enforce health, safety and environmental rules and model exemplary behaviour.
- Contribute to internal audits, continuous improvement initiatives and deployment of site projects (ERP/system evolutions, new activities).
- Drive performance through KPI monitoring, operational reporting and use of analytical/BI tools.
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school with specialisation in supply chain or production management.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in flow planning, production or internal logistics in an industrial environment (significant internships considered).
- Demonstrable knowledge of production management concepts (PIC, CBN, planning, scheduling, inventory management).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel and BI tools; practical command of Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ISO22716 and strong understanding of HSE/quality/regulatory requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to propose practical corrective actions and improvement plans.
- Strong communication skills, team leadership, organisation and a client-focused orientation.

At least 1 year in planning, production management or internal logistics within an industrial or manufacturing environment; significant internships or early-career roles in flow management may be accepted.
