Hermès Internal Controller

- Implement, monitor and continuously improve the subsidiary’s internal control framework in line with Group procedures and standards.
- Plan, supervise and execute physical inventories; validate results and report discrepancies to local and Group stakeholders.
- Design and maintain the internal control plan, track remediation actions from DAR (Group Audit & Risk Management) audits and serve as local spokesperson for DAR.
- Perform regular process compliance assessments; update local policies and communicate Group procedures to operational teams.
- Organise and deliver internal-control training and circulate best practices to strengthen a culture of compliance and accountability.
- Identify, assess and monitor operational, compliance and process risks across stores and corporate functions; maintain risk mapping and the Business Interruption Plan.
- Conduct routine compliance reviews covering anti-corruption, data protection, AML and other regulatory requirements and ensure proper escalation and documentation of issues.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in internal audit, internal control, compliance, risk management or external audit.
- Native or near-native Spanish and a high level of English (both mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy, organisational ability and a deadline-oriented approach.
- Proven leadership and change-management capability to align multi-disciplinary teams.

At least 3 years (preferred 3–5 years) of hands-on experience in internal control, compliance, risk management or external audit within a corporate or retail environment.
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or similar.
