Hermès Internal Communication and HR Projects Assistant

1. Assist in the dissemination of internal communications across the Europe and Middle East region, including newsletters and intranet content.
2. Support the organization and administration of internal events such as regional seminars and employee conferences.
3. Coordinate the deployment of group-wide communication programs and contribute to the animation of the Regional Directorate.
4. Provide operational support for strategic HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee well-being programs.
5. Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of HR projects and contribute to project reporting and communication.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communication or Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in communication or HR through internships or academic projects is appreciated.
3. Excellent written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in both English and French, oral and written.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
