Hermès Industrial Management Control Assistant (Apprenticeship)

1. Integrate into the industrial management control team and support daily controlling activities.
2. Monitor industrial performance indicators (production data for perfumes/beauty) and maintain dashboards for the industrial management.
3. Participate in monthly closing tasks including month‑end provisions and contributions to the calculation of industrial cost prices.
4. Prepare and distribute monthly reporting to service managers; track workforce levels and temporary staffing.
5. Validate inventory operations and stock withdrawals (including recycling flows).
6. Contribute to ad hoc projects and analytical studies in collaboration with service leaders.

1. Enrolled student at Bac+3/Bac+4 level (Bachelor third/fourth year) in accounting, finance or management control; DCG or professional degree in management control preferred.
2. Solid foundational accounting knowledge and familiarity with management control methodologies.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP.
4. Rigorous, methodical approach with an appetite for information systems.
5. Autonomous, curious and receptive to feedback; strong team orientation and communication skills.
