1. Assist the Human Resources Development Manager in the operational management of various HR tasks.
2. Prepare for the arrival of new employees, including contract follow-up and onboarding processes.
3. Manage and update HR dashboards and ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
4. Implement and oversee the training plan, including session creation and logistical organization.
5. Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative reporting on training programs.
6. Handle administrative HR tasks and prepare necessary documentation.
7. Participate in HR projects related to digital transformation, diversity, equity, inclusion, and internal communication.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Prior experience in a corporate environment, preferably in HR.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Autonomous and proactive with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
