Hermès Human Resources Manager

1. Act as a business partner to managers and employees, providing daily support and guidance on legal matters and company policies.
2. Transmit Hermès' culture and values across the organization.
3. Participate in change management and organizational evolution initiatives.
4. Manage career development processes and participate in talent reviews and salary reviews.
5. Oversee recruitment processes for both executive and non-executive positions, managing approximately 60 recruitments per year.
6. Develop relationships with recruitment partners and manage the recruitment interface.
7. Collaborate with Hermès Recruitment team on intern and apprentice recruitment.
8. Identify training needs and develop training plans in collaboration with managers.
9. Allocate training budgets and co-develop custom training programs with external organizations.
10. Manage personnel administration and payroll communication during employee transitions and contractual changes.
11. Participate in transversal HR projects, including talent reviews for artisans and integration pathways.

1. Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
2. 5–10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
3. Advanced project management experience.
4. Proficiency in recruitment processes.
5. Experience in environments requiring diplomacy and influence management.
