Hermès Human Resources Manager

- Act as a business partner to managers and employees, providing daily support and guidance on legal matters and company policies.
- Transmit Hermès' culture and values across the organization.
- Participate in change management and organizational evolution initiatives.
- Manage career development processes and participate in talent reviews and salary reviews.
- Oversee recruitment processes for both executive and non-executive positions, managing approximately 60 recruitments per year.
- Develop relationships with recruitment partners and manage the recruitment interface.
- Collaborate with Hermès Recruitment team on intern and apprentice recruitment.
- Identify training needs and develop training plans in collaboration with managers.
- Allocate training budgets and co-develop custom training programs with external organizations.
- Manage personnel administration and payroll communication during employee transitions and contractual changes.
- Participate in transversal HR projects, including talent reviews for artisans and integration pathways.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Advanced project management experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes.
- Experience in environments requiring diplomacy and influence management.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar HR role, with advanced project management capabilities.
