Hermès Human Resources Generalist

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and pre-boarding: liaise with Hermès Recruitment, draft offer letters, initiate contract requests and ensure timely resourcing in line with Group recruitment policy.
- Drive onboarding and integration: organise welcome days, monitor probation periods in coordination with managers and ensure positive new-hire experiences.
- Act as daily HR contact for employees and managers: provide operational advice on labour law matters, propose pragmatic solutions and draft routine HR correspondence (attestations, letters).
- Administer employee records and processes: track contract and assignment deadlines, update organisational charts and maintain HR dashboards and local reporting.
- Support employee relations and compliance: assist the HR Manager in disciplinary case preparation and follow-up; collaborate with Quality and HSE on regulatory HR actions (BPF, SMI).
- Coordinate learning and development logistics: organise local training sessions, support appraisal and development interview processes and relay internal communications.
- Animate the Group disability policy locally: contribute to recruitment, integration, retention actions and internal awareness initiatives in partnership with the Group Disability Referent.
- Provide operational support for site activities: participate in site visits, structural projects and act as back-up for temporary workforce management; liaise with external providers and educational partners.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent (e.g. Licence Professionnelle) required.
- Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of French labour law and social legislation.
- Familiarity with disability policy implementation and partnerships with supported employment actors (sector aid).
- Office tools / bureautique
- Good knowledge of French labour law (droit du travail)
- Recruitment techniques and tools
- Project management and autonomous piloting of HR initiatives
- Knowledge / operational experience with BPF and SMI-related HR requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills
Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role, with hands-on responsibility for recruitment, administration of personnel and employee relations; prior exposure to industrial site operations is appreciated.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources or equivalent (Licence Professionnelle).
