1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of Hermès Brazil.
2. Advise Directors and Senior Managers on HR-related matters.
3. Oversee recruitment, training, talent development, compensation, and benefits.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Promote internal mobility and manage the recruitment process.
6. Coordinate training programs and talent reviews.
7. Enhance employee relations and performance management.
8. Implement CSR programs and ensure health and safety compliance.

1. Minimum 10 years of managerial HR experience, preferably in retail.
2. Professional experience in Brazil.
3. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and market practices.
4. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Fluency in Portuguese and English.

At least 10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, ideally within the retail sector, with a focus on adapting organizations to business needs.
