7. Participate in the talent development plan monitoring.
8. Actively engage in change management plans related to the deployment of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

1. Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
2. Previous experience in a corporate environment, with a desire to deepen knowledge in generalist HR.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic and high-quality environment.
4. Ability to handle both operational and strategic topics.
5. Recognized for discretion, confidentiality, and action-oriented approach.
