Hermès HSE Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship)

- Develop a consolidated ergonomics roadmap for the textile division in coordination with the Filière Environment & Safety lead and local HSE and occupational health teams.
- Inventory existing ergonomics initiatives and document previous or ongoing projects across sites.
- Conduct ergonomic diagnostics: map high-risk workstations, identify associated physical and cognitive demands, and quantify task constraints.
- Measure and analyse ergonomics data to prioritise interventions and define risk reduction targets.
- Design, test and improve ergonomic tools, methods and controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate and animate working groups to drive consensus and collect field input.
- Support on-site deployment of agreed improvements and accompany operational teams during roll-out.
- Enrolment in or completion of a Master’s program in Ergonomics / Human Factors (Master Ergonomie 6 facteurs humains).
- Solid knowledge of ergonomic methods, ergonomic data analysis and cognitive ergonomics.
- Familiarity with ergonomics measurement tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong observational and listening skills, analytical rigour and structured approach.
- Ability to work autonomously on the field, good interpersonal skills and pedagogical aptitude.
- Previous industrial internship or alternance in an industrial environment is a plus.

Open to entry-level candidates; beginners accepted. A prior internship or alternance in an industrial environment is advantageous but not required.
Master’s degree in Ergonomics / Human Factors (in progress or completed).
