Hermès HR Assistant (Apprenticeship)
Holding Textile Hermès manages the design and industrial coordination of textiles and accessories for Maison Hermès and external brands such as Métaphores and Bucol. Organized as an integrated production chain from yarn to finishing, the group comprises multiple specialised sites in the Rhône‑Alpes region and works closely with Hermès design and métiers to deliver high‑quality, craft-led textiles.
- Support the HR manager across two sites (primary site: Irigny) and contribute to all HR service activities during a 12‑month apprenticeship.
- Develop and deploy the training and skills development plan in collaboration with managers: gather and compare quotes, schedule sessions, process orders (MEO), enter information in My Click H Learning, evaluate outcomes and produce interim and final training reports.
- Participate in recruitment processes (excluding managerial hires): draft job descriptions, publish adverts, pre‑screen applications, conduct interviews and manage onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Manage temporary staffing relationships and liaise with the on‑site agency to monitor interim contracts.
- Enter and correct time & attendance data in the ADP payroll tool, investigate anomalies with managers and coordinate variable pay elements with payroll.
- Administer personnel files: prepare contracts and amendments, issue attestations and maintain statutory documentation.
- Support deployment of social dialogue initiatives (renewal agreement), organisation of elected representative training and preparation for CSE elections.
- Accompany return‑to‑work processes for long‑term absences and assist in disability‑related events (SEEPH, Duoday).
- Contribute to HR reporting (annual reports and site-specific reportings) and other ad hoc HR projects.
- Enrolled in a Master's-level HR programme (Bac +4/5) or equivalent (apprenticeship required).
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and responsiveness; service orientation and team spirit.
- Highly organised, rigorous, autonomous, with clear oral and written communication.
- Comfortable with standard office IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Valid driving licence (Permis B) and willingness to travel regularly to Bussières (approx. 1 day every 15 days).
