Hermès HR & Training Coordinator (Apprenticeship)

- Support the end-to-end training cycle for Hermès International: contribute to the elaboration and operational deployment of the annual training plan and assist in budget monitoring.
- Collect and consolidate training needs via the HRIS Learning module and coordinate prioritisation of requests with the HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate registrations and liaise with external training providers to ensure smooth operational delivery of external programmes.
- Produce monthly training reporting and prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for governance bodies (e.g., CSE, annual reports).
- Design and implement an engagement programme for the interns and apprentices community: define annual programme, modalities, frequency and budget, and coordinate stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding for interns and apprentices: organise integration journeys and seminars, coordinate speakers, handle logistics, monitor satisfaction and maintain arrival records in the HRIS.
- Act as HR referent for the community of interns and apprentices: respond to enquiries, provide HR communications, manage administrative follow-up and support in case of difficulties.
- Contribute to transversal HR projects (alumni community, school outreach programmes) and participate in continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Enrolment in a Bac +4/5 programme in Human Resources, business school, IAE or university (Master-level HR curriculum).
- Previous first experience or internships in HR (training, talent development, generalist HR or employer branding) — beginners accepted.
- Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and autonomy.
- Comfort with HRIS tools (Learning module), good written communication and basic reporting/analytical skills.

Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Business School, IAE or University.
