Hermès Graphic Designer — Ceramic Decoration

- Interpret client artwork and liaise with Artistic Directions to reconcile creative intent with technical constraints.
- Adapt and retouch client designs for ceramic screen‑printing and inkjet production using industry software and established design rules.
- Prepare color development and separations in collaboration with the Laboratory (shade matching, halftones, superpositions).
- Produce and validate output files (CTS) and layouts, grouping decorations on production sheets according to protocols.
- Ensure deliverable quality and traceability through archiving and participation in data backups.
- Participate in project meetings, provide technical support through development to prototype shipment and propose solutions with production and R&D experts.
- Train and onboard new arrivals on graphic production tasks and uphold site HSE and quality procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and alert the Graphic Design Manager to schedule or technical deviations.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in graphic design or surface decoration, preferably in ceramics or industrial print processes.
- Proven mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for production-level artwork retouching and preparation.
- Familiarity with ceramic screen‑printing and inkjet production processes, including color separation and halftone adaptation.
- Graphic design education or equivalent professional portfolio demonstrating drawing/painting competencies and production know‑how.
- Autonomy, rigor, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach.

Minimum three years' relevant experience in graphic design or surface decoration, with demonstrable practice adapting artwork for industrial screen‑printing and inkjet production.
Degree, diploma or equivalent professional training in graphic design, visual arts or related discipline; a strong professional portfolio is required.
