Hermès Executive Assistant

- Provide direct administrative support to the Maison & Retail Director, including diary management, scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings: compile meeting packs, reserve rooms, arrange catering and ensure all materials are available.
- Arrange and coordinate travel and itineraries for the Director and visiting clients; manage travel bookings and related logistics.
- Process expense commitments and invoices: enter requests, receive documentation and pre-validate invoices when required.
- Support preparation of presentations and ad hoc documents for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate interactions between the Maison, head office EA/Office Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure operational fluidity.
- Organise events and internal gatherings (seminars, key visits, celebrations) and coordinate buying trips with Retail & Merchandising teams.
- On occasion attend meetings to take notes, follow up actions and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion and luxury retail.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professional tact.
- Strong diary management and calendar coordination skills.
- Experience booking and coordinating complex travel arrangements and producing detailed itineraries.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate meeting materials and presentations.
- Rigorous follow-through on tasks and strong prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to flex communication for varied internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with directors and head office colleagues.
