1. Coordinate the conception and production of seasonal showroom events and fashion shows.
2. Organize and manage casting for internal fashion shows, including booking models and dancers.
3. Collaborate with stylists for silhouette preparation and oversee fitting sessions.
4. Ensure operational coordination of backstage activities and manage logistics for performances.
5. Coordinate external service providers such as catering, beauty teams, and photographers.
6. Support the creation of visual and audio content for events.
7. Contribute to the production of a specific photo shoot showcasing select leather models.

1. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Experience in managing service providers.
4. Creativity and a keen sense of fashion and product.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
