Hermès Digital Sales Operations Intern

- Support execution of digital campaigns for internal and exceptional sales events.
- Manage and update digital catalog assets: review and edit product descriptions, imagery and categorization.
- Design digital communications and learning materials, including newsletters and instructional documents.
- Participate in merchandise allocations and inventory management for sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager on ad hoc campaign preparation and exceptional sales projects.
- Organize campaign-related data and file structures to enable efficient reconciliation and reporting.
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (academic projects, internships or professional).
- Demonstrated interest in e‑commerce, digital operations and sustainability/upcycling initiatives.
- Proactive, independent self‑starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem‑solver with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Luxury retail or brand experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Canva preferred.
- French language skills strongly preferred (not required).

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, which may include prior internships, academic projects or part‑time roles in e‑commerce, retail operations or related functions.
Enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program.
