Hermès Data Reference Assistant (Apprenticeship)

- Support the Data Referential Project Manager in establishing and maintaining documentary quality standards for the CRC knowledge base.
- Identify, qualify and prepare unstructured documents for ingestion into the conversational assistant (LLM), ensuring coherence and factual accuracy.
- Contribute to structuring and enriching a business documentation repository for CRC teams, coordinating requirements with local CRC contacts.
- Manage content lifecycle tasks including creation, updating and archival to guarantee up‑to‑date documentation.
- Coordinate and animate the network of local documentary referents; disseminate best practices and organise training sessions.
- Monitor content quality metrics, contribute to reporting and propose continuous improvement actions to align local and group content.
- Current student in a business school or engineering programme, specialising in Business Analysis, Data, Document Management or equivalent.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and large language models (LLM).
- Good understanding or interest in data governance and information quality principles.
- Fluent in English (Anglais courant nécessaire).
- Analytical mindset, rigour, proactivity and ability to work autonomously and transversally.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders; retail and customer relations experience is a plus.

Apprenticeship position open to students; beginners accepted. Prior exposure to data or documentation projects is advantageous but not required.
Enrolment in a business or engineering school (specialisation in Business Analysis, Data, Document Management or equivalent) required.
