- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Hermès standards; build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Support the store opening process and the ongoing operation of the Chatswood Chase boutique, working within a seven‑day roster including weekends on a casual basis.
- Drive sales activities and contribute to achieving boutique sales targets through attentive selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to uphold Maison image and luxury presentation standards.
- Assist with boutique operational tasks, including point‑of‑sale transactions, stock handling, replenishment and boutique‑related administrative duties.
- Minimum one year of customer‑facing experience, preferably in retail; luxury retail experience is highly regarded.
- High standard of personal presentation, grooming and interpersonal skills aligned with a luxury environment.
- Full legal right to work in Australia.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly within a fast‑paced retail environment.

Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience, preferably within retail and ideally within the luxury sector; experience supporting boutique openings or fast‑moving store environments is advantageous.
