Hermès Casual Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional face‑to‑face client service and act as an ambassador of the Hermès brand within the Pacific Fair boutique.
- Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, maintaining presentation standards and housekeeping to Hermès image guidelines.
- Drive sales activities through proactive clientelling, personalised service and follow‑up to build long‑term client relationships.
- Assist with receiving, handling and replenishment of stock and support inventory control procedures as required.
- Work within a 7‑day roster (including weekends) on a casual basis and flex to cover peak trading periods and boutique events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet boutique targets and participate in boutique‑led activities and promotions.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (preferably in luxury retail).
- Right to work in Australia.
- High standard of personal presentation and professional grooming appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.
