Hermès CAD Project Manager

1. Develop and industrialize new products and bi-sourcing of metal accessories, ensuring adherence to Hermès quality standards and timelines.
2. Manage the metallic materials and components activities for Leather Goods, from design to industrialization.
3. Facilitate technical exchanges and project progress updates with CAO team leaders.
4. Conceptualize CAD designs using SolidWorks and conduct feasibility and industrialization studies.
5. Perform finite element simulations and participate in risk analysis (AMDEC/8D).
6. Ensure functional analysis and participate in development meetings for model modifications and validations.
7. Validate prototypes technically and create technical documentation (specifications, plans, etc.).
8. Assign projects to MM suppliers and coordinate with CAO/Purchasing/Quality teams.
9. Plan and monitor development and industrialization stages, ensuring effective reporting.
10. Support prototyping phases and manage project risks with the Development and Quality Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a design office.
3. Proven experience in designing mechanical metal parts.
