- Greet and engage an international clientele on the store floor, delivering warm, discreet and personalised service.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to assess customer needs and recommend fragrance, skincare and makeup solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through sampling, application and storytelling to evoke the house’s identity and heritage.
- Achieve sales targets with enthusiasm and provide high-quality after-sales care to build client loyalty.
- Maintain counter presentation, hygiene and stock accuracy; manage labelling, inventory and basic merchandising tasks.
- Implement point-of-sale and promotional displays according to operational marketing guidelines.
- Share best practice, product knowledge and selling techniques with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury beauty and/or fragrance retail, preferably at a department store counter or boutique.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous for serving international clients.
- Strong consultative selling, clienteling and interpersonal skills with proven ability to close sales.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a consistently high standard of presentation.
- Ability to convey product stories and imagery through engaging verbal presentation.
- Availability to work part-time (2 days per week), including peak trading periods and weekends as required.

Minimum three years’ proven experience in luxury beauty or fragrance retail, ideally on a high-profile department store counter serving an international clientele. Demonstrable track record in consultative selling, sampling and achieving sales objectives within a boutique or counter environment.
No formal degree required; secondary education plus vocational training or certification in beauty/cosmetology or retail sales is desirable.
