Hermès Assistant Store Manager

1. Support and relieve the Store Manager in administrative and operational management of the boutique.
2. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulations in daily operations.
3. Co-responsibility for achieving sales targets and goals for the boutique.
4. Assist the Store Manager in preparing and purchasing the product assortment, including sales analysis and budget calculations.
5. Lead a team with a focus on motivation, development, and excellent collaboration.
6. Ensure excellent customer service and actively engage with local and international clients.
7. Collaborate closely with central departments in Munich and Paris.

4. Passion for sales and service, familiar with inventory management systems and customer service.
5. Proficient in using modern media and enjoy utilizing them efficiently in daily tasks.
6. Fluent in German and English, with an additional foreign language preferred.

Minimum 6 years of experience in a comparable role.

A monthly gross salary starting from €2,986 for 38.5 hours/week, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
