1. Manage daily supplier relationships, including database management of references, prices, capacities, and market shares.
2. Participate in supplier performance reviews and general negotiations.
3. Conduct medium-term analyses to propose continuous improvement actions, such as price database exploitation for target costing and managing invoice dispute progress plans.
4. Ensure compliance with 'made in' processes, customs attestations, and continuous improvement of associated flows.
5. Update the Helios portal and contribute to the deployment of a unified supplier portal.
6. Participate in projects such as mapping of supply chains, subcontractors, and associated investment strategies.
7. Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including the 'zero single-use plastic by 2030' project and energy consumption reduction with suppliers and the CSR team.
8. Facilitate the creation of dedicated training pieces for Hermès Savoir-Faire schools and improve SAV parts availability processes.
9. Support the supplier tooling project.

1. Enrolled in an engineering or business school.
2. Strong interest in project management, teamwork, and service orientation.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
