- Reconcile supplier invoices related to direct purchases of materials and external manufacturing by identifying corresponding purchase orders in Infor‑M3 and confirming receipts.
- Investigate and document invoice/order discrepancies in collaboration with Purchasing, Product Development, Supply and central Accounting.
- Validate and route invoices for correct accounting and payment actions using SAP VIM, ensuring timely booking and settlement.
- Maintain a precise tracking of pending invoices and outstanding actions to accelerate invoice clearance and improve supplier payment lead times.
- Drive continuous improvement of invoice control processes, tools and procedures and propose pragmatic enhancements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional follow‑ups (product managers, buyers, production managers) on aged items and priority suppliers, including regular review meetings.
- Manage suspense account items and receipts without associated invoices; support resolution of disputes and ad hoc analyses ahead of financial closings (six per year).
- Bac+2 (two‑year higher education) in economics, accounting/management (BTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in accounts payable, invoice control or a similar finance role; experience in textile, leather goods or luxury manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
- Operational experience with ERP and invoice validation tools; familiarity with SAP CO/FI and SAP VIM and experience with Infor‑M3 is highly desirable.

Bac+2 (two‑year higher education) in economics or BTS Accounting‑Management, or equivalent.
