- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of global content and social media projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including regional marketing teams, creative, PR, e‑commerce, retail and external agencies to manage timelines, scope and quality.
- Define and maintain the global content calendar; prioritize assets for production, localization and distribution across channels and markets.
- Oversee content production workflows — briefing, creative review, post‑production, approval and asset management — ensuring brand consistency and technical compliance.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation and external vendor relationships to optimise cost, timing and creative output.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for social and content performance; translate insights into iterative optimisations for creative and channel strategy.
- Ensure legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements are met for global campaigns and paid social activities.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi‑market content or social media projects for global brands, ideally within luxury, fashion or watches.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating international teams and external agencies.
- Demonstrable ability to plan production schedules, manage budgets and deliver high‑quality creative under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear briefs and governance documentation.
- Fluency in English required; additional European language proficiency (French or German) is advantageous.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in digital content, social media or integrated marketing with demonstrable ownership of international campaigns; experience in luxury goods, watches or fashion is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
