- Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring accurate and current content across the website.
- Audit and analyze website channels daily to ensure error-free and well-merchandised pages.
- Manage and implement updates to on-site merchandise, considering new collection launches and stock availability.
- Assist with product uploads, copy, and banner updates for collection launches across all eCommerce channels.
- Manage website inventory and troubleshoot technical issues to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and IT teams for order management.
- Support testing and development of e-commerce platform enhancements.
- Leverage Google Analytics to prepare monthly reports and analyze market trends and sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS (Magento preferred).
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent proofreading and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the watch/jewelry industry is highly desired.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects within budget and deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, with a focus on website management and digital marketing analytics.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
