Hamilton eCommerce Specialist

- Maintain product catalog with updates on product upsells, cross-sells, and merchandising.
- Audit and analyze website channels daily for accuracy and current content.
- Update brand shops and category banners.
- Manage and implement updates/improvements of on-site merchandise.
- Assist with collection launches across all eCommerce channels.
- Manage website inventory and replenishment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a great customer experience.
- Support testing and development of enhancements for the e-commerce platform.
- Assist in daily Amazon functions including product launches and customer inquiries.
- Leverage Google Analytics to prepare monthly reports and analyze market trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with CMS, Magento experience a plus.
- Understanding of SEO, Webmaster Tools, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of watch/jewelry industry highly desired.
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Team-focused and able to partner with various departments.
- Flexible with changing deadlines.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
