Hamilton eCommerce Specialist

- Maintain and update the product catalog to optimize upsells, cross-sells, and merchandising on the website.
- Audit and analyze website channels daily to ensure accuracy, currency, and error-free content.
- Manage and implement updates and improvements for on-site merchandise, considering new collections, stock availability, and customer experience features.
- Assist with product launches across all eCommerce channels, ensuring timely updates of product uploads, copy, and banners.
- Manage website inventory and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and IT teams for order management.
- Support testing and development of eCommerce platform enhancements and functionality.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform content testing.
- Assist with Amazon functions, including product launches, merchandising, and customer inquiries.
- Leverage Google Analytics to prepare monthly reports on market trends, sales, and opportunities.
- Generate monthly reports from various data sources to assess eCommerce performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with CMS management, preferably Magento.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the watch/jewelry industry is highly desired.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Understanding of responsive coding/design.
- Basic proficiency with SAP (ERP) is desired.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with changing deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize projects within budget guidelines.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Team-focused with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptability to work across multiple time zones.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, with a focus on website management and digital marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
