Hamilton eCommerce Specialist

1. Maintain product catalog with updates on product upsells, cross-sells, and merchandising.
2. Audit and analyze website channels daily for accuracy and current content.
3. Update brand shops and category banners.
4. Manage and implement updates/improvements of on-site merchandise.
5. Assist with collection launches across all eCommerce channels.
6. Manage website inventory and replenishment.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a great customer experience.
8. Support testing and development of enhancements for the e-commerce platform.
9. Assist in daily Amazon functions including product launches and customer inquiries.
10. Leverage Google Analytics to prepare monthly reports and analyze market trends.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
3. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
4. Experience with CMS, Magento experience a plus.
5. Understanding of SEO, Webmaster Tools, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent proofreading and fact-checking skills.
8. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
9. Knowledge of watch/jewelry industry highly desired.
10. Self-starter with strong sense of ownership.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce or a related field.
