Guerlain Training and Public Relations Intern

1. Support the organization of trainings and events, including logistics such as location, invitations, decorations, and catering.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel, train, and dinner reservations.
3. Translate and design visually engaging presentations.
4. Organize and prepare the Guerlain Room for meetings.
5. Maintain and update the BE Guerlain App.
6. Assist the PR Team with daily tasks and journalist requests.
7. Adapt and distribute PR newsletters and press kits.
8. Manage PR orders, shipments, and stock.
9. Support the PR Manager in organizing press conferences and events.
10. Assist with reports, clippings, coverage updates, and presentations.
11. Participate in events and activities in the Belux region as needed.

1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing.

1. Fluent communication in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
2. High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and multitask.
6. Proactive and results-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines.
7. Knowledge of the Belux digital media sector and audience.

Some experience in the luxury, beauty, or public relations sector is advantageous.

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field.
