Guerlain Spa Trainer

- Design, organise and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for SOCIE/ESGP licensees, local spa teams and retail staff to ensure consistent application of Guerlain SPA methods and customer journey protocols.
- Champion and transmit Guerlain’s heritage, brand values and spa know‑how to Beauty Experts, spa therapists and local trainers.
- Coach, mentor and audit local Socie Spa Trainers and retail cabin teams; conduct regular market visits to monitor service quality, protocol adherence and safety standards.
- Perform treatments for VIPs, journalists and during masterclasses as an exemplar of Guerlain SPA techniques and service standards.
- Act as trainer‑of‑trainers when updates cannot be delivered by the skincare training team in Paris and ensure smooth communication between local training teams and the International Spa Training and Academy teams.
- Support the international Spa team in creating, updating and localising training and communication tools and ensure compliance with Guerlain Visual Merchandising and Retail Design guidelines where relevant.
- University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Native or business‑level Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in spa or salon operations; ideally 5+ years including frontline treatment delivery and training responsibilities.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of professional spa protocols and treatment methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training (classroom and digital), coach trainers, and conduct quality audits.
