- Prepare monthly commercial reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Analyze and draw conclusions from key commercial KPIs, including Sell In and Sell Out sales, stock levels, market shares, rankings, and pricing.
- Create presentations and participate in both local and regional meetings.
- Collaborate in budget review processes.
- Exchange information with the headquarters.
- Analyze the results of commercial actions against budget forecasts.
- Review and validate import order preparations with the finance team and ensure follow-up.
- Analyze productivity and profitability by point of sale.
- Participate in CRM database analysis for both point of sale and online platforms.
- Monitor expenses and investments, comparing current figures against planned budgets.
- Collaborate in audit processes.
- Enter data into SAP.
- Coordinate tasks for the commercial area intern, including data entry, invoicing, and Sell Out information processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial areas, management control, or demand planning.
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI preferred.
- Strong numerical analysis capabilities.
