1. Operational support for CRM activation plans, including campaign and asset production.
2. Ensure timely delivery of CRM campaigns and assets to various markets.
3. Serve as the primary contact for market-specific activation requests.
4. Assist in CRM projects related to activation and loyalty programs, including the deployment of automated campaigns and new market channels such as SMS and push notifications.
5. Conduct competitive analysis to identify and share best practices in customer loyalty and activation.
6. Monitor and analyze monthly CRM campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience in CRM, preferably within the luxury sector.

3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
