- Negotiate annual objectives and merchandise placement according to the brand's commercial strategy with assigned retailers.
- Plan monthly and annual Sell-In objectives, developing client-specific strategies considering demand, sell-out sales, and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with annual and monthly sales budgets (sell-in and sell-out), discounts, and brand expenses.
- Visit clients and present new products to buyers.
- Prepare reports to monitor results.
- Collaborate with the Sell-Out Supervisors team to address the needs of sales points.
- Assist in planning and controlling monthly Trade plans in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Create presentations for commercial cycles and clients.
- Supervise the Sell-Out Supervisor, manage agendas, achieve objectives, and provide coaching.
- Develop sales forecasts by client, area, and SKU monthly.
- Directly supervise Beauty Consultants in the assigned area, manage rewards, monitor performance, estimate placements, and control merchandising and brand image.
- Analyze events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and team leadership is required.
