1. Support the Commercial Team with daily tasks.
2. Analyze retail performance through quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI monitoring.
3. Collaborate with agencies managing in-store presences, including handling requests, updating planning, following up on KPIs, and organizing training sessions.
4. Monitor agency budgets, invoicing, and verify commercial team expenses under the supervision of the Sales & Retail Project Manager.
5. Update operational reports and presentations, including Sales Team Reports and commercial meeting preparations.
6. Coordinate commercial meetings and events.
7. Create weekly newsletters for all departments.
8. Follow up on sales performance and animations at locations such as Galeries Lafayette Luxembourg and Inno counters.
9. Update sell-out results in Power BI.
10. Assist in managing assortments, including tracking new and delisted items and aiding in assortment rationalization.
11. Assist in distribution management and product catalogue differentiation strategy.

1. Fluency in both French and English.

1. Excellent presentation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
4. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality.
5. Ability to function autonomously, learn quickly, and multitask effectively.
6. Strong team spirit.

Beginner level experience is required.

The internship offers a 6-month program from July 2026 to January 2027, providing valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain insight into Guerlain's iconic history and the world-renowned LVMH Group.
