Guerlain Regional Sales Supervisor

- Manage customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in alignment with customer development plans.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships within the sales area to meet sales volume and value targets.
- Enhance sales volumes, values, and sustainable profitability within the designated sales area.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments effectively to achieve area targets in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines with customers.
- Negotiate and secure premium placements in stores.
- Monitor budgets such as Advertising & Promotion (A&P) and Travel & Entertainment (T&E).
- Implement and support customer events in collaboration with the marketing department and brand guidelines.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, approved returns, and other supply-related topics professionally.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure high participation rates in training sessions.
- Supervise and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation using sales and planning data.
- Maximize utilization of all sales force tools.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, support, and coach the team of Beauty Consultants (BCs).
- Prepare staff schedules and BC targets to ensure optimal sales results in the region.
- Supervise stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of Guerlain products at points of sale (POS).
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in luxury cosmetics.
- Experience in collaboration with Regional Managers and Store Managers of Sephora and Douglas is advantageous.
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of Beauty Consultants/Advisors.
- Experience in setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Fluent in Polish and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
