Guerlain Regional Sales Supervisor

- Manage customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans.
- Build and foster long-term customer relationships to achieve sales volumes and value targets.
- Develop sales volumes, values, and sustainable profitability within the sales area.
- Utilize budgets and support instruments to reach area targets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Execute brand marketing activations, visibility, and merchandising guidelines.
- Negotiate and ensure optimal product placements in stores.
- Monitor budgets such as A&P and T&E.
- Implement and support customer events in cooperation with marketing and brand guidelines.
- Handle allocations, customer complaints, claims, and returns professionally.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure high participation in training sessions.
- Supervise and report KPIs and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute customer visits, including preparation, follow-up, and documentation.
- Maximize utilization of sales force tools.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, and coach the team of Beauty Consultants.
- Prepare staff schedules and targets to ensure optimal sales results.
- Supervise stock levels, merchandising, and presentation of Guerlain products at POS.
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury cosmetics.
- Experience working with Regional Managers and Store Managers of Sephora and Douglas is advantageous.
- Experience in managing and motivating a team of Beauty Consultants.
- Experience in setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Fluent in Polish and English; French is advantageous.

University degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
