Guerlain Regional Private Client Relationship Manager (APAC)

- Define and implement the regional private client strategy in alignment with global Maison guidelines to grow and retain a high-value private client base.
- Drive private client acquisition and activation across channels through qualitative events, bespoke experiences, and targeted campaigns to accelerate top-client share of business.
- Monitor and analyse CRM KPIs (client acquisition, database growth, tier retention/upgrades, LTV) to inform data-driven decisions and optimise client programmes.
- Lead private client review cycles and provide market intelligence to optimise product launches, tier strategies and marketing performance.
- Promote adoption of clienteling tools and ensure robust in-store client capture to enrich customer profiles and enable personalised servicing.
- Design and roll out a regional 'delights' programme of personalised gifting and experiences tailored to top-tier clients and market specificities.
- Identify and develop regional partnership opportunities (concierge services, private clubs, premium venues and non-conflicting brands) to expand business channels.
- Own shared accountability for private client sales performance across APAC; develop commercial plans and targeted portfolio strategies to increase penetration and lifetime value.
- Establish, onboard and develop the APAC Private Client Manager community: set objectives and KPIs, provide training, evaluate performance and disseminate best practices.
- Coordinate and support regional high-clienteling activations, VIP events and brand moments; coach senior retail leaders on clienteling, communication and data analytics.
- Minimum five years' experience in clienteling and CRM management within luxury goods or premium retail.
- Proven track record selling luxury products and driving private-client sales growth.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM KPIs to optimise strategy and measure ROI.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team building, coaching and performance management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders across markets and functions.
- Strategic agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Minimum five years of clienteling and CRM management experience in the luxury goods or premium retail sector, with proven responsibility for private-client acquisition, CRM programme delivery and leading cross-market initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience in luxury retail/CRM.
