Guerlain Product Development Project Manager Intern

- Collaborate closely with various departments such as Marketing, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Industrialization, Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory to optimize product development tools.
- Define requirements with project managers and users to enhance and automate data updates for regulatory compliance.
- Establish best practices for tool usage and conduct user training.
- Lead projects to ensure regulatory compliance and the timely, quality, and cost-effective market release of new products.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project challenges.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, alerting stakeholders to potential issues and proposing alternative solutions.
- Manage project cost control.
- Facilitate project meetings and serve as an interface or alert role in relevant discussions.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering or related field with a strong interest in IT tools and project management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with data processing tools; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
- Autonomy, rigor, organization, and dynamism.
- Strong collaborative work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in project management.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering or related field.
