1. Collaborate closely with various departments such as Marketing, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Industrialization, Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory to optimize product development tools.
2. Define requirements with project managers and users to enhance and automate data updates for regulatory compliance.
3. Establish best practices for tool usage and conduct user training.
4. Lead projects to ensure regulatory compliance and the timely, quality, and cost-effective market release of new products.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project challenges.
6. Develop and monitor project timelines, alerting stakeholders to potential issues and proposing alternative solutions.
7. Manage project cost control.
8. Facilitate project meetings and serve as an interface or alert role in relevant discussions.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering or related field with a strong interest in IT tools and project management.

1. Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis.
2. Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
3. Familiarity with data processing tools; knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
4. Autonomy, rigor, organization, and dynamism.
5. Strong collaborative work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in project management.
