1. Draft press releases and report on PR outcomes across print, web, and social media platforms.
2. Monitor media and identify emerging beauty trends.
3. Research and scout new talent on Instagram and TikTok.
4. Maintain and expand press and influencer contact lists.
5. Assist in organizing influencer and PR events, and develop and execute creative seedings.
6. Prepare reports for the headquarters in Paris.
7. Support the Head of Brand Activation and Junior PR & Communications Managers in daily operations, projects, and product launches.
8. Opportunity to gain insights into the Brand Activation department during the trainee program.

1. Completed degree in a relevant field.
2. Initial practical experience in marketing or public relations.

1. Proficiency in social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
2. Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
4. Aesthetic sensibility for design.
5. High motivation, independent and structured work style, enthusiasm, creativity, and project ownership.

Entry-level experience in marketing or public relations is required.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
