- Assist in the animation of the Private Client community, including the preparation of presentations, visuals, and best practices for calls and committees.
- Prepare international directorate presentations with regional representatives, focusing on reporting and data analysis.
- Organize virtual bridges and top client visits in Paris, developing client-facing templates and tools.
- Compile regional best practices and assist in organizing an annual seminar for private client representatives.
- Develop dedicated processes for Private Clients, such as bespoke perfume services and exclusive offers.
- Participate in the follow-up of bespoke orders and draft a catalog of experiences for top clients in Paris, proposing innovative ideas.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of New Business and Private Clients, including order processing and invoicing.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent university.
- Previous internship experience in marketing, client relations, communication, or luxury hospitality is ideal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and effectively.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, with a reputation for kindness, humility, and adaptability.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
No prior professional experience required, but previous internships in relevant fields are advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
