1. Assist in the animation of the Private Client community, including the preparation of presentations, visuals, and best practices for calls and committees.
2. Prepare international directorate presentations with regional representatives, focusing on reporting and data analysis.
3. Organize virtual bridges and top client visits in Paris, developing client-facing templates and tools.
4. Compile regional best practices and assist in organizing an annual seminar for private client representatives.
5. Develop dedicated processes for Private Clients, such as bespoke perfume services and exclusive offers.
6. Participate in the follow-up of bespoke orders and draft a catalog of experiences for top clients in Paris, proposing innovative ideas.
7. Provide administrative support to the Director of New Business and Private Clients, including order processing and invoicing.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent university.
2. Previous internship experience in marketing, client relations, communication, or luxury hospitality is ideal.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively and effectively.
2. Excellent teamwork abilities, with a reputation for kindness, humility, and adaptability.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior professional experience required, but previous internships in relevant fields are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
