- Develop and implement a comprehensive yearly communication plan and strategy to enhance PR rankings both online and in print.
- Create and execute best-in-class marketing activations per retailer in collaboration with Retail and Sales Teams.
- Align global marketing strategy and execution with regional and headquarters directives.
- Review and establish yearly pricing strategies in conjunction with headquarters and General Manager.
- Oversee 360-degree marketing initiatives for new launches and key assets, including visual merchandising, communication, and promotions.
- Monitor retail performance by line and net sales, including monthly follow-up.
- Manage monthly expense tracking and budget monitoring.
- Ensure consistent exposure of the global brand image in the UK and Ireland markets.
- Develop an effective communication strategy to increase brand desirability and recruit new customers.
- Monitor merchandising to maintain a super-premium brand image with best-in-class execution.
- Manage product forecasts in alignment with brand performance and strategy, ensuring KPI achievement.
- Participate in sales and operations meetings to achieve forecast accuracy targets.
- Propose corrective actions to minimize stock and inventory issues.
- Develop and lead a skilled and motivated marketing team, fostering creativity and agility.
- Collaborate regularly with the European marketing team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Strong retail mindset and analytical skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Results-driven with a strong team spirit.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Autonomous with strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 10 years in marketing or sales within the luxury goods or FMCG sectors, with proven team leadership and development experience.
Degree in Marketing or Business Studies or similar.
