1. Participate in strategic and creative brainstorming sessions for the development of international festivals and promotional plans, integrating local business and cultural needs.
2. Coordinate project management with the development team, overseeing the creation of tools such as gifts, gift sets, and retailtainment materials from briefing to production validation.
3. Develop 360-degree marketing strategies and coordinate with various departments including Art Direction, Digital, and Merchandising.
4. Engage in creative thinking, drafting, and conceptual research, including trend studies, material research, moodboards, and concept writing.
5. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competitive landscape.
6. Consolidate competitive intelligence, identify consumer needs, and capture emerging trends through trend books, fashion shows, and other sources.
7. Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, including tools, mock-ups, and videos.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's level 4/5).
2. Previous experience in Marketing (Development or Operational) within the luxury sector is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Fluency in English.
