1. Assist the International Education team with logistical organization of training events, including budget monitoring and coordination with vendors such as venues, hotels, caterers, and transportation.
2. Create and update tracking tools such as timelines and participant lists.
3. Contribute to the creation of training materials and participant kits.
4. Coordinate with markets for participant registration, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
5. Support event communication efforts and ensure smooth execution during events.
6. Maintain the Guerlain Academy's standards and update product and merchandising information.
7. Facilitate communication between service departments and the International Education team.
8. Assist in organizing retailer visits and welcoming schools or other group brands.
9. Contribute to digital learning initiatives by supporting the administration of the LMS 'Be Guerlain' and the skills management platform 'Reveal Your Skills'.
10. Engage with the community of local administrators and create digital communications for Be Guerlain.

1. Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, marketing, management, or a related field.
2. Dynamic, autonomous, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

1. Proficiency in French and English.
2. Interest in project management and/or event planning.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Teach on Mars is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent.
