Guerlain International Stock Engineer Intern

- Assist the International Stock Optimization Manager in enhancing stock management across two factories and over ten warehouses globally.
- Analyze global stock performance indicators such as inventory amount, coverage, depreciation, and destruction.
- Maintain and improve existing stock BI tools.
- Investigate causes of central depreciation and destruction variations.
- Monitor One Shot collection consumption to identify risks and maximize sell-through.
- Forecast stock landings for end-of-life or franchise renewals to optimize management and propose stock reallocations between markets.
- Suggest end-of-life product overstocks to internal services to maximize sell-through and prevent destruction.
- Determine optimal stock sizing and implement across all storage locations.
- Support the supply chain in implementing the AGEC law.
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with information systems.
- Analytical skills with a business orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Power Platform is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 level program in engineering or business.
