Guerlain International Logistics Engineer (Apprenticeship)

1. Work within the International Logistics department in close collaboration with Logistics, Transport/Customs and Customer Service teams to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
2. Contribute to daily operational tasks to gain a granular understanding of existing workflows prior to proposing enhancements.
3. Analyse transport and customs flows and derive optimisation levers to improve cost control, lead times and service quality.
4. Develop, consolidate and maintain logistics and transport activity reports and dashboards using Office 365 tools (Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
5. Design and pilot projects from analysis to deployment, driving change management and ensuring the sustainability of implemented solutions.

1. Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering school or business school with a specialisation in Supply Chain or Logistics.
2. Strong analytical rigour, autonomy and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus.
5. Proficiency in English is desirable.

Open to beginners; intended for a student in a Bac+4/5 programme with previous coursework or short internships in supply chain, logistics or operations preferred but not required.
