- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts, aligning with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
- Establish an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing strategies and headquarters' directives.
- Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
- Conduct interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
- Design engaging training materials covering fragrance knowledge, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
- Assess training needs regularly and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training and guide counter managers.
- Support event execution by coaching sales teams on product knowledge and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
- Oversee fragrance training programs and manage budgets effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Japanese (Business – Native) and English (Intermediate – Business).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
